So what to expect in our lead auditor course? Let us help you through the student journey from the time of enrollment till you receive the certificate of achievement.
Once you enroll in our CQI IRCA approved QMS, OHSMS or EMS Lead Auditor course you will go through the following 3 phases.
Phase 1: Before the training starts
As soon as you enroll in our training program, you will get access to our Learning Management System, www.3foldtraining.com. Our LMS includes all the necessary resources to complete the below pre-course requirements.
a. Prior knowledge video lessons: All learners enrolled in our Lead Auditor course are expected to have certain prior knowledge. Instead of assuming that you will have those prior knowledge, we have put together bite-sized video lessons that will ensure you will gain the necessary knowledge to have minimumful discussions in the training program.
b. Prior Knowledge On-line Quiz: Once you finish watching the prior knowledge video lessons, you will take an online quiz (Multiple Choice Questions), to ensure you have gained the required knowledge to attend the lead auditor training course. You will have unlimited attempts to pass the short online MCQ quiz.
c. Pre-Course Reading Material: Developed by our expert trainers, the pre-course reading material includes all the knowledge that you need to understand the relevant ISO standard (for example ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001) and auditing standards (ISO 19011).
d. Pre-Course Assignment: Now that you read the pre-course material, the next step is to complete a simple assignment (7 Constructed Response Questions) based on the reading material. You need to answer these questions online in our LMS.
Phase 2: During the Lead Auditor training
a. Continuous Delegate Evaluation: One of the critical components to successfully complete the lead auditor course is the active participation and engagement in classroom discussions and activities. All activities are graded. You need to successfully complete the activities (mostly performed in groups) and get a passing grade in continuous evaluation. b. Final Assessment: At the end of the 5 day training program, you will be appearing for the final assessment. If you have attended the classroom training, you will take the exam in the class during the last day of the training program. If you attend the training through our online virtual classroom, we will organize eAssessment that can be taken from the comfort of your home. The online exam will still be remotely proctored.
c. You need to pass both the continuous delegate evaluation and final assessment to receive a certificate of achievement.
Phase 3: After the completion of the Lead auditor Course
a. Result: Generally, within 5 days of the course completion, your assessment will be graded and the result will be announced.
b. Certificate of Achievement: As soon as we announce your result, we will issue the certificate within 24 hours. We will issue the certificate within 7 days from the time you appeared in the exam.
c. Certificate of Attendance: What if you don’t pass the exam in the first attempt. No worries. You can prepare well and appear for the exam yet again free of cost within a 1 year time period. In the interim, we will issue you a certificate of attendance.
